On the welcome screen, you will find a Schedule tab. Select this tab
and enter your company's name. Select your company's location.

not receive them, request it now.

Now results are available within 24 to 48 hours on-line.

Confidentiality is assured by the use of a user ID and a password. If the
person in your company assigned to this task is changed you may request a new
user ID and password. Strict security is used for any one requesting a
new user ID and password. You may want to have more then one account for
various locations, or within one location to maximize that confidentiality.

For confidentiality or bookkeeping reasons you may want to have additional
accounts. You also may want to have a new
location.

24-48 hour on-line. 48 hour via fax results. If your results are no in
within this framework, most likely the employee did not get tested for the
time scheduled. If the employee certifies that he/she was tested contact
support.

When a test is positive, the medical review officer assigned to your
company will need do some additional research to see if this is a true
positive. False positive can occur and the employee need to receive the
benefit of the doubt. The officer will either discuss this result over the
telephone with the employee or meet in person. After, this is done the results
will reflect the plan to either repeat the test or a positive result. In your
account area you can speak to a medical review officer to discuss a case.
